Kamili Coffee is a Cape Town roastery and café built around a simple idea: coffee roasted to be enjoyed – no fuss, just good coffee.

In Swahili, “Kamili” means “perfect” – and that single word captures everything we strive for in every cup we serve. Kamili Coffee was born in the heart of Cape Town, with a clear purpose: to chase perfection in coffee, from the bean to your mug, while celebrating the unique energy of this city at the tip of Africa.

Location

Kamili Coffee sits at the corner of Long and Shortmarket Streets, right by Greenmarket Square and the City Sightseeing bus stop, making it a central stop for both locals and tourists. From our bustling corner location in the Cape Town CBD, Kamili Coffee has become a beloved artisan coffee destination for locals, professionals, creatives, and travellers exploring Cape Town’s vibrant city centre. Every batch is hand-roasted in Cape Town using our own carefully developed roasting profiles to bring out the distinct character of each origin and blend. Our roastery allows us to roast in small batches, closely monitoring each roast to ensure consistency, sweetness and balance in every bag and every shot pulled at Kamili Coffee.
